If the ship cannot make to the port due to bad weather, incompletion of the tour, or if someone tests positive notify us. We will process the full refund soon as possible.
If the ship stops at the South Terminal or North Terminal. Please continue walking to your left to the MAIN PORT DOCK ROYAL WATLE TERMINAL.
If the ship changes port dock to (SPOT BAY) Terminal due Weather. Please (NOT) take actions we will be there to pick you up on SPOT BAY Terminal on the booth information.
